What We Do

We design and deliver:

  • Lived experience keynote presentations

  • Workplace mental health workshops

  • Trauma-informed practice training

  • Leadership and HR capability development

  • Peer workforce development programs

  • Co-designed training for health and community services

Our facilitators bring professional expertise alongside firsthand experience of mental health challenges, recovery journeys, caring roles, and navigating systems. This dual perspective creates powerful learning environments that are honest, human, and deeply impactful.

Our Approach

We believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe, seen, and understood. Our training:

  • Reduces stigma through real stories and open dialogue

  • Builds confidence in responding to mental health concerns

  • Strengthens psychologically safe workplaces
